Edit Winning Phrases - Select this item to display the Edit Winning Phrases dialog.  Winning phrases are spoken (using your computers built-in speech synthesizer, if possible) at the conclusion of a game that is won.

Edit Losing Phrases - Select this item to display the Edit Losing Phrases dialog.  Losing phrases are spoken (using your computers built-in speech synthesizer, if possible) at the conclusion of a game that is lost.
